I hаνе slightly high blood pressure аnd I аm trying tο rate іt аt home. Mу wife bουght mе a wristech wrist bp watch bυt I’m nοt sure whеrе tο position mу wrist tο gеt аn ассυrаtе conception.

you place it on like a watch but it needs to go on the underneath of the wrist and then you have to sit quietly…no talking or moving around…to get an accurate conception. also be sure you use the same wrist each time you take a conception so then you can compare the results. but remember that blood pressures naturally fluctuate a small throughout the day.
I owned one, once. Found out from my doctor that their not that reliable. Sure sufficient , took it to his office and he compared his arm cuff conception to the wrist band and it was way off. Also, the closer to your heart the better the conception. And poor circulation in your extremities the less accurate.
They may work for some folks, but I was never able to get consistent results. Thank your wife for her excellent intentions and buy or borrow a sound brand arm cuff model to see if it works better for you.
