You stop eating alot of sugary foods and get about 2 fruits a day and avoid colorless vegtables like potatoes. eat an average a day and dont eat alot of candy.

Eating partiular foods (I’m worried you’ll have to research the foods), relaxing and staying out of situations, if at all possible sitting at home all day so as you will not get mad, or upset about something.

  • honey_delong:

relax and do not eat anything with high sodium. drink lots of fill up.

  • momof3:

Exercise is a excellent way to lower blood pressure, or just staying active in general. Drink plenty of fill up and cut back on the caffeine and cigarettes if you smoke. Also eliminate foods that are high in salt and don’t add more salt to already cooked foods. Also eat more fresh fruits and vegetables as the canned ones tend to have added sodium (salt).

Don’t eat sugary, greasy, or salty foods.
Eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables (bananas).
    Stay cool.
    Relax.
    Don’t stress too much.
    Get excellent sleep.

If there were a way to do it without meds for a day, that would be the method to use all of the time. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way. If you start a permanent diet and exercise program, your blood pressure may go down over time and your doctor will reduce your blood pressure medication accordingly. One day without your medication won’t harm you. Take care

The top isnt really too terrible-it’s the lower that concerns me. You doubtless have a small residual from the meds. Try to find a silent place in the house and keep the lights low. Sit in a comfortable chair-or rest on the bed. Close your eyes and concentrate on clearing your mind of the days activities. Picture a place that gives you peace and joy. Can be the ocean, the mountains of whatever works for you. Breathe deeply and puff out fully. Do this for five or ten minutes. If you can do this every day, I reckon youu’ll find it simpler to regulate your blood pressure. Excellent luck and make sure you always keep your meds up to date. Excellent luck.

I have tried and succeeded by using celery juice or eat approx. 4 celery stalks per day to lower blood pressure. Also, L-theanine, Vitamin B’s, will lower it from my experience. Not compulsory to me by a practitioner at the health food store. Hawthorne berry extract (capsules) from health food store are also very excellent. Excellent luck.

No alcohol,no caffeine, stay cool and cool,no exercise.Get your meds in the am,and don’t let them run out again.Go to the ER if your pressure keeps vacant up tonight. If you’ve only missed one day of meds, your pressure is too high-you need to see the doctor and get better controlled.
