I’m sure it’s normal that your blood pressure fluctuates. Take a look at this: Up to 25% of patients diagnosed with hypertension do not suffer from it, but rather from colorless coat hypertension (elevated arterial pressure specifically all through health check exams, doubtless as a result of anxiety). That’s from wikipedia. So you’re doubtless suffering from just anxiety. Try out out the source I included and go to “Home Monitoring”. I hope this helps!

Yes blood pressure vary and the conception you are giving here is normal ; and yes its just anxiety who cause your blood pressure to go up at the doctor office .

It’s normal for it to fluctuate, but if it’s consistently high at your doc’s, you should have your home machine callibrated to make sure you’re not being paid falsly low readings at home. Take the machine with you next time you see your doc.

Yes, it’s very normal for bp to fluctuate throughtout the day. It says so on the side of the bp machine at my pharmacy and there’s a graph that shows sample fluctuations that aren’t too different from what you have. 140 is too high for your top #, so I’d suggest measuring it several era throughout the day for several days when you aren’t stressed about being at the doctor’s to see if it is just from anxiety.

You suffer from “Colorless Coat Hypertension”. When you are at the doctors office your blood pressure shoots up. It’s a common phenomenon caused by stress. Most doctors are aware of it. Any time you are under any kind of stress, (physical, mental, emotional, illness) your blood pressure increases. Just being paid out of bed causes a dramatic rise in BP.

Other things can affect your BP also. Medications, alcohol, a meal, caffeine, smoking, time of day, and yes even a full bladder can make your BP higher than normal.

It is very normal for your BP to vary greatly throughout the day, depending on many many factors.
