do not take the fish oil, everything else is fine.

That´s something your doctor should have told you when he ordered the blood work up. Question your doctor or call the lab and question them.

Tell your doctor or prescriber about all prescription, over-the-counter (non-prescription), and herbal medications that you are taking. Also tell them about any medication allergies and health check conditions that you may have. Question your doctor or pharmacist whether you need to stop taking any of your medications before the procedure.

When fasting for a blood sugar or cholesterol test you should take not anything except fill up, the reasoning is simple….you don’t know what fillers are place into these medications or supplements that could cause a faulty result.

Go early for the test, then take them. A couple of hours isn’t vacant to matter but a faulty conception will.
