Yes- tinnitus can be caused by high blood pressure.

caused by hurt to the ear by loud noises, cold weather etc.

this happens with me also but i dont have blood pressure issues…
High bp can cause ringing in the ears, but often, its something else. I had ringing in my ears. I unseen it until I place the phone to my ear one day and realized I could not know anything the other person was saying. I lost the hearing in my ear. See a doctor ASAP please!!

Ringing in the ear can be a sign of a number of things, including high blood pressure. It can also be the sign of hearing-loss. If you have had symptoms for a while now, you might want to be checked by a specialist. After a work-up, a excellent ENT specialist should be able to identify your problem.
Possibly, but there are a lot of other reasons too…for instance a medicine side effect or an inner ear problem comes to mind. See your doctor if it is a chronic problem.

not always ..it may be due to wax,due to iriation of the 8th cranial nerve..and high blood pressure as well…it may be hysterical
